This season the date and venues for the Semi-Finals and Finals have been set in advance so everyone knows where and when they will be held.
Also to celebrate International Women's Day, all ladies league entrants are given free entrance to the Suffolk Coastal Region IWD competition being held on the 8th March at Eels Foot.
